Run by students, the Hackpost Guide Hackathon is a virtual event designed to bring together creative minds and technical talents to solve community challenges using technology. It is brought to you by Hackpost Guide, a web app aimed at providing free resources for hackathons.

Any participant can use the Wolfram API in their project. If they use it, post their project on the Wolfram Community, and follow the submission process, they are eligible to apply for the $500 scholarship to a 2025 Wolfram Summer Program.

  • Impact
    Does the project have the potential for a positive impact on the target community? Does it align with the theme of bridging the technology gap?
  • Innovation
    Is the submission original, or creative? Does it offer a unique approach to solving the problem?
  • Technical Difficulty
    Is the code of high quality and complexity? Were technology and tools used effectively in the project?
  • Presentation
    How clear and effective was the project presentation? Was the team able to communicate ideas and solutions effectively?
  • Commercial Viability
    Does the project demonstrate commercial viability and economic value? How unique is the business model, and has the team planned a feasible route to market?
  • Design & Implementation
    Does the project work as intended and is it implementable? Has the team considered UI/UX for a user-friendly experience, keeping human interaction in mind?
