Project Requirements:
- Projects must be developed during the hackathon period.
- All code, design, and assets must be original or open-source.
- No use of existing projects.
- Impact (30%): The potential of the project to improve the community.
- Innovation (25%): Originality and creativity of the solution.
- Technical Difficulty (25%): The complexity and sophistication of the technical solution.
- Presentation (20%): Quality of the project presentation and documentation.
Judges will evaluate the submissions based on the above criteria, and winners will be selected accordingly. The judges' decisions are final.
Code of ConductAll attendees, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and staff at our hackathon are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to ensure a safe environment for everybody.
Our hackathon is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, political views, previous hackathon attendance or lack thereof, computing experience or lack thereof, and chosen programming language or tech stack.
We do not tolerate harassment of hackathon participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate at any hackathon venue, including hacks, talks, presentations, demos, workshops, parties associated with the hackathon, social media, and any other online media. Hackathon participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the hackathon without a refund (if applicable) at the discretion of the hackathon organizers.
