These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and purchase of digital products available on houseofloop.com (the “Website”).

By accessing this Website and/or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Products

All products sold on this Website are digital downloadable audio products, including but not limited to:

  • Sample packs
  • Presets
  • Templates
  • Bundles
  • Ableton racks

No physical goods are shipped.

All products are supplied exclusively in digital format.

2. Account and User Responsibility

You may create an account to purchase and manage digital downloads.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

  • Fraud
  • License violations
  • Unauthorized redistribution
  • Abuse of refund or chargeback systems

3. Immediate Digital Delivery

All products are delivered electronically.

Upon successful payment confirmation:

  • Access to the purchased digital content is granted immediately
  • A download link is generated and/or made available in your account

Delivery shall be deemed fulfilled once the download link is provided or access is granted, regardless of whether the files are actually downloaded.

It is your responsibility to:

  • Download purchased products
  • Store backup copies
  • Ensure compatibility with your software and system

We are not responsible for incompatibility with third-party software or digital audio workstations (DAWs).

4. License

All products are licensed, not sold.

Use of all digital content is governed by the License Agreement available on this Website, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By purchasing any product, you agree to comply fully with the License Agreement.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR (€), unless otherwise specified.

Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to:

  • WooPayments (Stripe infrastructure)
  • PayPal

We do not store or process payment card details.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.

Refunds may be granted solely at our discretion and only in cases of:

  • Corrupted or incomplete files
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Verified technical delivery failure

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Software incompatibility
  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Personal taste or creative dissatisfaction

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

7. EU Right of Withdrawal – Digital Content Waiver

By completing a purchase on this Website, you expressly:

  1. Consent to the immediate performance of the contract; and
  2. Acknowledge and agree that the supply of digital content begins immediately after payment.

You further acknowledge that once access to the digital content has been granted, you lose your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and any applicable national consumer protection laws governing digital content.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All products, branding, content, graphics, and materials available on this Website are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, sharing, or public distribution of any product is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • License revocation
  • Legal action

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute digital products
  • Share download links
  • Upload products to file-sharing platforms
  • Include products in competing sample libraries
  • Claim ownership of unmodified template content

Any breach may result in permanent account suspension.

10. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate disputed transactions
  • Provide proof of digital delivery and download access
  • Suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

All products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Software incompatibility
  • Third-party claims arising from misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Website or any purchased content in case of violation of these Terms or the License Agreement.

Obligations related to intellectual property and prohibited use survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy.
