By purchasing Titan, you receive the complete Titan construction system consisting of the printer, and pump that is all powered by ICON’s BuildOS™ software platform. BuildOS generates and prepares architecture for 3D printing, then controls the robotic hardware on-site to turn digital plans into physical homes through advanced data analytics, remote monitoring, and integrated system control.
The system prints using CarbonX, ICON’s proprietary building material, delivered on demand by ICON straight to your job site. Every Titan purchase also includes access to BuildOS, on-site training at ICON’s Austin-based factory, and ongoing technical, business, service, and maintenance support. Titan is a large-scale construction 3D printer engineered for on-site fabrication of full residential structures. As the world’s first multi-story construction 3D printer, Titan is designed for rapid mobilization and redeployment, enabling efficient movement between build sites without permanent infrastructure.
The system operates within a 70-foot print radius and requires as little as 10 feet of lateral clearance for deployment.
ICON delivers our proprietary CarbonX® print material on demand, directly to your print site. During site preparation, a dedicated material mixer is deployed and refilled daily by ICON, with quantities precisely matched to your project’s scale and timeline. When you’re ready to print, materials are seamlessly blended in the mixer, routed through the pump, and fed into Titan initiating a continuous, efficient build process from start to finish.
CarbonX is a proprietary low-carbon concrete formula created by ICON’s material science team to be both highly printable and incredibly strong. CarbonX has gone through rigorous testing and development yielding an extremely durable building material.
BuildOS is a suite of software products that generates digital architecture and orchestrates robotic execution to translate those designs into physical structures. The platform integrates system alerts, automated material reordering, and real-time performance monitoring and tracking. BuildOS operates across multiple device interfaces and accelerates construction through high-precision, parametric architecture purpose-built for your construction operations.
