Our open program certification experience allows participants to more easily balance their busy workloads. The program itself is delivered over two weeks and modules are never more than four hours. Which provides learners time to reflect on learning and have time to attend to their day-to-day work. Additionally, your organization benefits from cost savings in travel, and accommodation costs.
IHHP’s Emotional Intelligence Certified Trainer program is delivered in two parts. In the first part, the participant will attend IHHP’s Science of Emotional Intelligence Live Online Open Program. During the program, certifying trainers will fully participate as learners in the program. This learning experience will provide them with the opportunity to experience the program as a participant, learn the concepts of the core program, and see how the content is delivered as they prepare for certification.
Participants will then attend IHHP’s live online Certified Trainer program to obtain their certification. The program offers a blended approach of instructor-led live online sessions combined with self-guided learning designed to give participants an in-depth understanding of IHHP’s Emotional Intelligence key concepts that make up our world-class Science of Emotional Intelligence program. This certification experience will also ensure that certified trainers are equipped to deliver the Science of Emotional Intelligence program in a live online or in-class environment.
