The Checklist (What to Build & Submit)

Here is a quick recap of what your project needs to hit the mark:

  • The Mission: Build a digital solution that solves a real problem for Egyptian women. It has to fit into either the Health & Wellbeing or Green & Sustainable Innovation track.

  • What You're Handing In: You'll start by pitching your general idea and what you plan to build (like an app or website). By the end of the mentorship phase, you'll need to hand over a fully polished business model.

  The Loot (Prizes & Perks!)

Winning isn't just about bragging rights; we want to set you up for long-term success. Here is what is on the line:

  • Cash Money: Direct financial payouts for the winning teams.

  • The Fellowship: You’ll score an exclusive two-year fellowship with Innovatera!

  • Get Paid & Supported: Winners get actual employment benefits. We’re talking about a salary, career mentorship, and the technical support you need to keep building your project.

  • Bonus: Keep an eye out for extra perks and surprises from our hackathon partners!

How to Win Over the Judges

Our expert committee is going to be watching closely through a multi-stage process. Here is exactly what they are looking for:

  • Tech & Innovation: Did you bring the AI magic? Is your mobile-first design smooth and impressive?

  • Real Impact: Does your idea actually solve a genuine problem for Egyptian women while staying true to the local culture?

  • Built to Last (Sustainability): Can this project survive and thrive in the real world?

  • The Pitch: On the final day, you’ll have to present your project through two rounds of live pitches.

  • The Final Decision: After the pitches, the judges will head into a private room to deliberate and crown the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
