Foundation (Tier 1)
A strong daily nutrition foundation for athletes. Designed to help athletes stay fueled, focused, and energized for classes, practices, and competition.
Includes:
Nutrient-Dense, Macro-Balanced Lunch
Examples: Grilled chicken with rice and vegetables, protein pasta bowls, lean beef tacos with roasted potatoes, teriyaki chicken with jasmine rice, or turkey meatballs with pasta
Performance Snack
Examples: Protein yogurt parfaits, beef sticks with fruit, pretzel sticks with cheese, protein bars, trail mix, or peanut butter energy bites.

Enhanced nutrition support for athletes with higher training demands. Designed to help athletes refuel, recover, and maximize performance after training and competition.
