Program Overview
The ISN Referral Program rewards individuals, businesses, and partners (“Referrers”) for promoting ISN Nigeria’s internet services and referring qualified leads (“Referrals”).
- Corporate Referrals: Earn a ₦50,000 shopping voucher for every successful corporate referral that subscribes.
- Residential Referrals: Earn a ₦20,000 shopping voucher for every successful residential referral that subscribes.
- Reseller Partners: Earn up to 10% commission on successful closed deals.
- Your participation begins once you complete the online application form and receive your unique referral link.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Nigeria.
- You must complete the online application form and agree to these Terms.
- Employees of ISN Nigeria may participate but are not eligible for monetary rewards unless expressly approved.
- Each Referrer is permitted one account; multiple accounts may result in disqualification.

Referral Rewards
Rewards are granted when a referred customer meets the following criteria:
1. Signs up for an eligible ISN Nigeria service (residential, corporate, or reseller).
2. Completes full registration and payment for the chosen service plan.
3. Remains an active customer for a minimum of 30 days.
Rewards are non-transferable and may be provided as vouchers, credits, or bank transfer, depending on the Referrer’s choice during registration.

Tracking and Attribution
- Referrals are tracked via a unique referral link or QR code provided upon signup.
- ISN Nigeria uses cookies and system-based tracking to attribute referrals. Standard cookie validity is 30 days.
- Only the last valid referral link clicked before sign-up will be credited.
- ISN Nigeria is not responsible for referrals lost due to the Referrer’s failure to use the correct link.

Payments and Payouts
- Payouts are processed monthly, within the first 10 business days of the following month.
- Payment methods include bank transfer or shopping voucher.
- Minimum payout threshold is ₦10,000 for cash payments.
- Commissions and vouchers are subject to verification of customer eligibility and successful activation.

Dispute Resolution
If you believe a commission or voucher is missing:
1. Submit a ticket via the Referral Dashboard within 15 days of the transaction.
2. ISN Nigeria will investigate and provide a response within 7 business days.
3. ISN Nigeria’s decision is final and binding.

Marketing and Promotion Guidelines
- You may share your referral link via social media, email, blogs, and banners.
- Do not engage in misleading, fraudulent, or spam-based marketing practices.
- Paid advertising that uses ISN Nigeria’s brand name, trademarks, or domains without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
- You may not impersonate ISN Nigeria staff or misrepresent the Program.

ISN Nigeria will provide:

- Campaign Best Practices for improving conversion rates.

Referrers have access to:

Program Limitations
- ISN Nigeria reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time.
- Fraudulent activities, self-referrals, or abuse of the Program will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of rewards.
- Rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

- By joining the Program, you consent to ISN Nigeria collecting and processing personal data necessary for administering rewards.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts of competent jurisdiction.
