Welcome to the new IGEL Academy!

IGEL Academy now uses Single Sign-On (SSO) through the IGEL Customer Portal.

➡ If you ALREADY have an IGEL Customer Portal account
(used for Support, Cloud Services, Licensing, etc.)

• Simply log in at the top right using your Customer Portal username and password.
• Your IGEL Academy access will be available automatically.

➡ If you PREVIOUSLY had an IGEL Academy account

• Your training history and certifications have been migrated.
• To access them, you must log in using an IGEL Customer Portal account.
• If you don’t yet have a Customer Portal account, please register (see below).

➡ If you DO NOT have an IGEL Customer Portal account

• Register here
• After registering, you will receive an email.
• Open the email and click the verification link to complete your registration.
• Once verified, return to this page and log in with your new credentials.

✅ Important: Everyone now needs an IGEL Customer Portal account to access IGEL Academy.
