Meet DBL’s Founder James Moose: My Story

As a confused young man growing up in a rural area of St. Louis with a yearning to help people; I began to ponder what it is that I truly envision for myself, for my city, and for the future.

As I sat in my moms living room, ( a sentimental space for me), I thought of the main two things we concern ourselves with in this life: who we are called to be and how long we have left to achieve it. 

One of my biggest influencers, my mentor, told me at the age of 13, three things I needed to succeed in life. (Desire, ability, and opportunity).

At Dream Big and Live, we tap into these 3 rules of success by creating more opportunities and instilling a deeper longing for success through community resources and mentors. No matter where you are in life. We want you to see beyond your current circumstances!

For most of us we dream of being successful (however you define it) and  living a long prosperous life. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that but we can often become frustrated and confused when there isn’t a blueprint on exactly how to get there. Some become so defeated that they give up. I speak resurrection to every buried dream out there!  We all are in charge of our own lives but no matter how “independent” we are, we all need help to get to where it is we desire to be.
