Our Mission

M3 can trace its roots back to the emerging offshore oil and gas sector in Atlantic Canada. Having begun our Project Controls careers at a
time when lump sum & unit rate projects were 'the norm', properly executed Project Controls was a core element of a company's success. It is from these experiences that our passion for Project Controls began. Today, as we continue to expand our footprint into new markets, our mission is to share the benefits of our experiences, knowledge and expertise to positively impact our Clients' bottom lines

A Professional Quantity Surveyor and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Matt has over 22 years’ experience across multiple industries, including offshore oil & gas, power generation (including Nuclear), mining & metals and shipyards.

During this time Matt has established a strong reputation of successful project controls setup, implementation & delivery with an expertise in relationship building, personnel development, process improvement techniques with a focus on customer satisfaction and results.

Director
Mark has 30 years experience in major capital projects with focus on project management representing owner’s interests. Mark has managed estimates in excess of billions for hydro, petro-chemical, oil & gas, and refining projects.

Mark’s experience as a valued member of any project controls team will contribute to the successful set up and execution of a variety of projects. As a founding member of M3, Mark’s role via his network of professional contacts, is to expand the company and diversify operations across Canada.

Named as 2021 Top 50 CEOs by Atlantic Business Magazine, Mike has over 25 years' experience in the natural resources sector, and in this time has managed global framework agreements for international clients, and overseen the expansion of NSB Omega and several other companies operating in over 20 countries.

In addition, Mike has established an expertise for developing and managing mergers, acquisitions and partnerships with an ability to bring together diverse stakeholders for a common cause. Mike is a well-known and trusted industry spokesperson and former Chair of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Oil and Gas Industries Association.
