Criteria: The judges will select three winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd place), which will be chosen on the basis of: 1) Impact - how applicable is the application for real world situations? How will it affect the lives of citizens? 2) Creativity - how unique or innovative is the project? Has it been done before? 3) Ease of use - does the project work well? Is the implementation well-designed?

Clarity Challenge

BASIC: Develop a Basic Smart Contract in the Clarity Programming Language $50 USD to the top 5 projects submitted. INTERMEDIATE: Develop an Intermediate Smart Contract in the Clarity Programming Language $100 USD to the top 5 projects submitted. ADVANCED: Develop an advanced Smart Contract in the Clarity Programming Language $250 USD to top 5 projects submitted. Clarity Bounties: Design - is the code well-structured? Functionality - does the project work well? Creativity - has it been done before? How unique is the project? Security - is the contract properly tested? Documentation - does the project have a readme? Is the code commented?

NEAR Protocol Challenge
