Maximilien and La Moitié share many things: the same birth year, pairs of socks, flowery nightgowns, papers to grade, and an unshakeable passion for imaginative cultures. Their only point of contention is the use of accents in French spelling.
This minor hurdle hasn't stopped them from creating Star Marx, a multi-award-winning universe — as befits any self-respecting Soviet setting, even a parodic one. Their work has earned them the FFJDR Amateur Roleplaying Game Award (2013), the ActuSF Special Prize for Uchronia, and the Graal d'Or for French creation in 2021. All published with Leha, illustrated by David Cochard, Laurent Libessart and Thierry Ségur.
They have also contributed to several other roleplaying games, including Laelith, Les Provinces du Haut-Lac (BBE), MEGA 5th Paradigm (Leha), and Pique-Nique dans les Zones, a supplement for Stalker (La Loutre Rôliste).
Their latest treat for the eyes is Les Royaumes Éparpillés, another Adventurer's Guide to Imaginary Worlds, once again illustrated by the talented Thierry Ségur, published by Leha.
