Dates
The final offline hackathon round will be conducted on 7–8 February at Plaksha University.
The hackathon will follow a multi-stage process. Initial submissions are collected online, followed by an offline final round for shortlisted teams.
Eligibility
Participation is open to undergraduate college students only who are of the legal age in India.
Teams must consist of 3 to 4 members. Individual participation is not permitted.
Employees of companies or professional organizations are not eligible to participate. Participation is limited to the countries and territories listed on the hackathon page.
Project and Submission Requirements
All projects must align with one of the official challenge tracks listed on the hackathon page.
Teams must submit a working, functional prototype on Devpost within the submission deadline. Supporting materials such as presentations or videos may be included but cannot replace a working demo.
Round Procedure
The hackathon will be conducted in two stages:

Stage 1 – Online Submission:
Teams submit their project on Devpost. All submissions are reviewed by the jury. The submission for round 1 should be a PDF document or slide deck with a feasible idea for the hackathon. -
Stage 2 – Final Offline Round:
Shortlisted teams will be invited to participate in the in-person final round at Plaksha University. Travel and accommodation for the offline round must be arranged by the teams at their own cost. The final submission guidelines are mentioned on the main page.
Prizes
The total prize pool for the hackathon is ₹150,000, distributed as follows:
- 1st Place: ₹80,000
- 2nd Place: ₹50,000
- 3rd Place: ₹20,000
Judging Criteria and Winner Selection
Submissions will be evaluated by the jury based on:
- Alignment with the selected challenge track
- Technical implementation and functionality
- Feasibility of solution design
- Overall impact
Final winners will be selected at the discretion of the jury based on overall performance.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave in a respectful, inclusive, and professional manner throughout the hackathon.
Any form of harassment, plagiarism, misuse of data, or violation of hackathon rules may result in disqualification at the discretion of the organizers.
