What is your return / refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your MIDAS software purchase. That's why we provide a functional online public demo of our MIDAS scheduling system through our website absolutely free of charge. In addition, we also offer private no-risk, fully functioning, 30-day free trials hosted on our servers should you wish to test our room and resource scheduling software beyond the limitations of the public demo.

We believe making these options freely available prior to purchase allows prospective new customers to fully explore, test, and assess the capabilities of our booking system. This means an informed decision can be made as to our software's suitability for your particular booking and scheduling needs.

MIDAS, and therefore these refund terms, are intended for businesses and organisations rather than individual consumers.

"Cloud-Hosted" Customers:

If you decide to subscribe to a "cloud-hosted" edition of our software (where your MIDAS system resides on our servers), you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time.

However, because we make a free online demo and a fully functional 30-day trial available to you prior to purchase, allowing you to fully assess the software's suitability before subscribing, cloud-hosted subscriptions are not refundable, whether in whole or in part, once your subscription has begun.

"Self-Hosted" Customers:

As we offer an online demo and the option of a full 30-day "no-risk" trial prior to purchase, you have ample opportunity to assess the software before buying. Due to the downloadable nature of the software, it is not possible to return it for a refund once installed. You acknowledge and accept this when purchasing and installing MIDAS on your own server, in accordance with the license agreement.

Ongoing Subscriptions & Renewals:

If you cancel any ongoing MIDAS subscription, whether before it is due to renew or after a renewal has been processed, you will not be entitled to any refund, whether in whole or in part, for any remaining time left in the current subscription period. Renewal payments are non-refundable.

Add-ons & Upgrades:

License Upgrades are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds for any add-ons subsequently purchased and added to a customer's MIDAS system are at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notification.
