Go to the invoice details page and click the "Assign" button. Enter the email address of the workspace you want to assign the invoice to. If they are already on Mimonous, they will receive it instantly.
Yes! Go to Settings > Organization to upload your logo. You can also customize the invoice color scheme in Settings > Appearance.
Navigate to Settings > Payment to update your bank details and online payment links. These will be automatically included on your invoices.
Draft: The invoice is created but not yet finalized or sent.
Sent: The invoice has been finalized and sent to the client.
Paid: Payment has been received and recorded.
Overdue: The payment due date has passed.
You can set up recurring invoices to automatically generate and send invoices on a schedule (e.g., monthly, weekly). Go to the "Recurring" tab to create a new recurring profile.
Yes, you can export your invoice data for accounting purposes. Navigate to desired page > Exports to generate and download CSV summaries of your financial activity.
