Our work is focused on small-scale residential redevelopment that creates quality housing while strengthening the neighborhoods we invest in.
We approach each project with a focus on disciplined execution, thoughtful design, and long-term value.
This work is grounded in real execution. Over the past few years, we have:
COMPLETED PROJECTS
INVESTED
MINORITY & WOMEN
OWNED VENDORS
The Old West Baltimore Renaissance initiative reflects how we put our broader development approach into practice.
We chose Old West Baltimore and its surrounding neighborhoods for their history as the epicenter of Black culture in Baltimore. It has long been home to influential leaders, civic and religious institutions, and a legacy of civil rights activism.
It represents our commitment to consistent, long-term investment in historic Old West Baltimore and adjacent communities through thoughtful housing that supports mixed-income neighborhoods.
Through this work, we acquire and redevelop residential properties with a focus on:
Thoughtful design
Functional layouts that support how people actually live
Multi-unit configurations where appropriate
Housing across a range of price points
Long-term community stability
This is where we are refining our model, one project at a time.
Our work is best understood through the projects themselves. Each property reflects our approach to thoughtful redevelopment, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation.
