Directors may apply for a State Library card and request books via the Missouri Library Staff Guide.

Missouri residents are welcome to request circulating State Library materials through their local library.

Eligible Missouri residents may apply for Wolfner Library services if they have a qualifying visual, physical, or reading disability.
