  • Share the best contact person for other agencies to reach out to for parts information and purchase/exchange details.

What is a Maintenance Exchange?

The Maintenance Exchange is a valuable member benefit designed to help agencies reduce waste, save money, and connect directly with other maintenance professionals. This online exchange allows maintenance departments to list surplus or unused vehicles and parts for other members to exchange or purchase. Transactions occur privately between agencies.

NEPTA will feature available listings on Facebook and in our monthly newsletter, making it easy for members to find what they need and keep their fleets operating efficiently.


How it works:

  • Your Part:
    Step 1: Email Elise Manion, membership@nepta.org.
    Step 2: List the items you have available.

    Step 3: Share the best contact person for other agencies to reach out to for parts information and purchase/exchange details.

  • NEPTA's Part:
    Step 1: NEPTA will list your available items on the NEPTA website inside the dedicated Maintenance Exchange.

    Step 2: NEPTA will promote these items through Facebook and in our newsletter.

  • Important Details
    1. Listings will remain active for 90 days unless otherwise specified.

    2. Only current NEPTA members are eligible to list items (anyone can view them).
