Skills Bridge

Skills Bridge, powered by Magnet, was created by the OCC in partnership with the Diversity Institute and funded by the Future Skills Centre to address skills gaps in small—to medium-sized businesses.

Create a business account today to get you and up to 10 employees access to over 60 courses at no-cost in areas such as management, customer service, sales and marketing, equity, diversity and inclusion, digital skills and more until the end of August 2026!

Talent Opportunities Program

The Talent Opportunities Program provides employers hiring eligible post-secondary students on quality work placements with wage subsidies of up to 50% of the wages (to a maximum of $5,000) for each placement (net new requirements apply to businesses of 100 or more employees).
