Stone Ethical Leadership Challenge
Every circle should have a signature leadership program. The Stone Ethical Leadership Challenge offers O∆K circles the opportunity to present a leadership program developed and tested by O∆K leadership educators. O∆K can also provide funding support to implement the program.

National Day of Service
National Day of Service is your opportunity to join O∆K members nationwide in service.
O∆K leaders embody servant leadership. You study, practice, organize, and lead to give back. You lead because you care. You lead to serve. Although service is a part of everyday life for O∆K leaders, this is one special day each year when we all serve together. While we are spread across the country and serve our specific communities in various ways, we join together one day in April in the spirit of servant leadership.

National Leadership Conference
The annual Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Conference includes keynote speakers, workshops, and service projects. Delegates from circles across the country, advisors, and other collegiate members join together for three days of leadership and learning.
Scholarships and Grants
Scholarships
Omicron Delta Kappa provides more than 45 scholarships yearly to collegiate members for graduate and professional study. The scholarships range from $1,000 to $ 5,000.
Leadership Development Grants for Circles
Do you have a program idea for your circle? Does your circle already host an event or project you want to build upon? Would you like a grant to help you get started? Every fall, O∆K awards ten or more grants of approximately $500 to help develop campus leadership programs.

At Omicron Delta Kappa, we believe in recognizing both individuals and circles that demonstrate exceptional leadership across the five pillars of campus life and beyond.
We offer a series of awards that honor circles for their contributions to their campuses and dedication to supporting the national organization. At the individual level, we offer many awards that honor students, faculty secretaries and advisors, alums, and friends of OΔK.
