Located right in the heart of Lake Placid Village near restaurants and lodging, The Olympic Center is a great place to stop before or after a meal, or as a starting point or cap-end to your day!

Enjoy your winter at Belleayre. We have 50 trails, parks and glades, a vertical drop of 1,404 feet, 8 lifts and 4 lodges. Whether you are a beginner or an expert we have something for you. From easy green runs to the bumps and glades of the expert terrain, you will find something to enjoy.

Mt Van Hoevenberg combines outdoor recreations with Lake Placid’s Olympic Legacy. On the sliding center side, we have a state-of-the-art combined skeleton & bobsled track as well as North America’s longest mountain coaster, the Cliffside Coaster. On the nordic center side, we have 55km of World Championship rate trails.

The trails themselves are unparalleled in the East. Exceptional dining experiences. The gorgeous Cloudsplitter Gondola Ride that cuts an aerial path through the Adirondack Mountains on its way to the peak of Little Whiteface.

Zip up the Skyride, an eight-passenger pulse gondola that transports you up to the base of the ski jumping towers. From there is the newly-remodeled scenic elevator that takes you to the sky deck of the 120-meter ski jumping tower. With its glass exterior, the ride up gives a stunning bird’s-eye view of the Adirondack High Peaks.
