Well, that's the last one.
Thank you again for reading, I hope you enjoyed the comic even if it isn't going to have a neat ending.

Hi! just a quick note to say that thank you everyone who said they'd like to see the script, i just added a free-to-read patreon post that has the script and overall plot doc for Owl People! I hope those of you who are interested find it fun to read, and feel free to comment with any questions you have!
Find the patreon post here!
Again, it's free to read, you don't have to be a patreon member! you can if you want though. <3

This is/was/will continue to be, a great story. It’s come a long way from the police arc, and I’ve super enjoyed following it. You have a take on folklore and magic that’s felt fresh and an art style that’s carried it. Like your botanical illustrations are sick, that’s what magic is about, a close reading of nature with all its bugs and compost, even in cities, and it’s all fed back in here. Anyway, I’ve loved reading it.

Sad it’s ended here but I understand! I hope your new project goes awesome and I get to see more of your work down the road. Thank you!

I still would love to have some answers for what the foxes were all up to, and what owl people actually are, and why Vulpine got exiled and and and....

but it's kind of sweet how the last panel we get to read is all about starting things :)

good luck on your new project, I look forward to reading it (and rereading Owl People again)

They don't define you; they help you define yourself.

Like good comics.

Thank you.

Thank YOU for the amazing story. As to wether you should release the script like you mentioned earlier, I do think it wouldn't hurt:
Those who are willing to hope and wait, or imagine their own continuation, can just ignore it, but it is there for those that want a little more.
