Welcome to the Writing with PlotWeaver: Cards of Creation newsletter, operated by the Mod Hob Cooperative. By subscribing to our free or paid tiers, you agree to the following community guidelines and usage terms.

1. Intellectual Property & Story Ownership

• Your Stories: You retain 100% ownership over any original stories, ideas, or comments you share in our community sections or create during our live events. We will never publicly publish or commercially reuse your contributions without your explicit permission.

• Our Frameworks: Mod Hob Cooperative retains all proprietary rights to the PlotWeaver system, including our specific Plot Patterns (e.g., Frame Tale, Inverted Story), Story Element card text, system imagery, and educational breakdowns. These are provided for your personal, creative use.

2. Community Code of Conduct

The PlotWeavers’ Circle chat and comment sections are spaces for thoughtful, collaborative creativity. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, explicit abuse, discrimination, spamming, or intentionally disruptive behaviour. We reserve the right to revoke access or suspend subscriptions for anyone violating these community standards.

3. Paid Sessions & Booking Policy (Founding Members)

• Play & Ponder Sessions: Live, 90-minute private interactive sessions included in the Founding Member tier must be scheduled in advance.

• Cancellations: To reschedule a live session without forfeiting the slot, please contact us at support@modhob.ca at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. No-shows are generally ineligible for rescheduling.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. For our full platform privacy policies regarding data storage, account deletion, and web app mechanics, please visit our main platform at plotweavergame.com.
