The 2026 Dublin Pride Parade is set for Saturday June 27th. Registration is now open and we have lots of ways that Pride At Work Partners can get involved, celebrate and support their LGBTQ+ colleagues, allies and friends while, at the same time, advancing the cause of inclusion in society.

Your position in the parade is based on when you register and pay your fees – the earlier you register, the closer you are to the front. This year we will be merging the Yellow Zone into the Pride At Work section of the parade, which means you can get even closer to the front.

Pride at Work Partner – Branded – €50pp

This entry type allows you to include your business logo and branding on all banners, flags, clothes, etc. This is a great way of visibly showing your support for your LGBTQ+ colleagues, customers and friends. Your entry fees also help to subsidise the cost of participating in the event for community groups.

Pride at Work Partner – Unbranded – €40pp

This option is aimed at companies who would like to take part without corporate branding element or banners, etc.

Small and Medium Sized Businesses – €25pp

This is a subsidised rate for small and medium sized businesses. (Annual turnover of less than €10m)

The first half of the Parade is reserved for community groups. The second half (Yellow, Green, Blue & Purple Zones) is managed by Pride at Work, and includes Pride at Work Partners, Public Service Groups, Political Parties, Unions, and other worker groups.

You have the option of selecting which zone you’d prefer to be in (subject to capacity and payment of fees). This means the earlier you book the closer you are to the front.

Music, colour and pageantry play an important role in striking the balance between protest and celebration that has made Pride the global phenomenon that it is. You can play a part in that by adding a little something extra to your parade entry, and we have options to suit every budget.

For 2026, we are introducing a new lower price point for vehicles in the parade that do not require on-site set up or are managed by our preferred event suppliers who are already approved to work on site.

Bringing a vehicle is an easy but very effective way of adding music and colour to your parade entry as well as providing valuable space for storing water sunscreen and rain ponchos, etc. for your team. The prices below are for registration only. You are required to source or supply your own vehicle. Our preferred suppliers can offer you a range of options to suit all budgets and take the stress out of your parade planning! Prices exclude VAT.

A float is a moving structure that has been made specifiaclly for a Parade and requires some level of on site construction on the day.

Fees range from €8,500 – €15,000 depending on the size and type.

Please contact us directly at hello@prideatwork.ie if you are interested in entering a float.

This is often the most cost effective way of enhancing your parade entry, but requires imagination and creativity. Why not consider linking in with a community music or dance group, get some costumes of your own, or even bring some speakers? In most cases, there’s no additional fee from our end for this type of entry.

We all play a part in building a sustainable future, and your parade entry should reflect that. Vehicles in the parade should be electric, hybrid or HVO powered where possible. Exceptions are made for emergency and public service vehicles. This includes buses, which, by their nature, contribute to reduced emissions. Classic cars are also exempt.

Why not host your own Pride-themed team-building event this year? It’s a great way of showing support and solidarity for your LGBTQ+ colleagues and it’s also an excellent way of involving allies in Pride and educating them about issues facing our community.

We have a team of trainers and facilitators that can support your event. This could be a simple training workshop or panel, a talk on the history of Pride, a lunch and learn session or for the more adventurous, a Pride themed walking tour of Dublin City.

Pride at Work Partners get 2 training/event sessions each year as part of their annual package and you can use these to support your team’s Pride events. We can facilitate both in-person and online events.

We host community events all year around and, of course, our Dublin Pride Festival is one of the biggest events in Ireland. If you are interested in sponsoring an event, we have opportunities from the very small to the hugely gigantic!
