Choose an account type, trade the simulated account, and meet the profit target while staying within the drawdown and risk rules. Once you pass, QT reviews the account for rule compliance. If approved, you complete KYC and sign your trader agreement before moving to a simulated funded account.
Funded allocation can scale up to $300,000 across funded accounts, with Instant Funded capped separately at $100,000.
Yes. Eligible simulated funded traders can request a performance fee split once their payout cycle is complete and the account meets the minimum requirements.
QT states that payout requests are processed within 24 business hours, excluding the day the request is made. Payments are available via crypto or wire, with any recipient-side fees handled by the trader.
The accounts are simulated. QT assessment accounts do not use real funds, and QT Funded does not place trades in the live market.
The trading environment is designed to mirror real market conditions with live data feeds, spreads, commissions, slippage, and execution delays. Eligible payouts are performance fee splits from simulated funded accounts.
It depends on the breach. For non-prohibited breaches, QT's Payout Promise may apply if the account is in profit: 10% of profits generated before the breach, or a refund if higher, plus a Phase 1 reset where applicable. Each trader can use this up to 3 times.
Prohibited strategies, platform or IP violations, capital allocation breaches, or repeated breaches can lead to a hard breach, account termination, profit forfeiture, and possible platform ban.
QT currently supports MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and TradeLocker. Platform access depends on your location: Canadian and U.S. residents cannot use MT5, and U.S. residents cannot use cTrader.
Restricted countries include Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, Belarus, North Korea, South Korea, Pakistan, Syria, Egypt, plus platform-specific restrictions for Russia, the United States, and Canada.
Rules vary by plan. The table below gives the high-level targets and payout conditions from QT's Help Centre. Traders should always check the full plan rules before opening positions.
