Quantock is proud to announce a new chapter in its journey, as long-standing team members Alastair Poole and Mark Hooper step up to lead the agency.

The pair bring a powerful combination of strategic clarity, creative ambition, and deep sector experience – underpinned by a shared design background and years of close collaboration. Both studied at Falmouth University and have worked side-by-side for many years, building a strong creative partnership defined by trust, integrity and a commitment to service excellence.

Now, as Strategic Director and Creative Director, Alastair and Mark are focused on the future: refining the agency’s operations, evolving its offer, and continuing to deliver outstanding work.

Mark Hooper, who’s been with Quantock since 2002, adds:

The change in leadership follows the departure of former Managing Director Mark Dalton, who has now left the business. With the support of Quantock’s original founders, Shaun and Simon Mears, this new leadership marks a confident step forward, ensuring continuity for clients and setting the pace for the years ahead.
