Welcome to Queer Headed!
Queer Headed is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves the queer and sober community of South Jersey through hosting queer and sober events and resource sharing.
Wondering where Queer Headed will be during pride month?? Wonder no more! Queer Headed is so happy to be tabling at four fantastic pride events across South Jersey this pride in addition to two Queer Headed community run events at the end of June. Come say hi at Pride! 🌈💖
We're also looking for volunteers to help our board members setup, table, and breakdown for these events. See slide two for timing details and message us if you'd be interested in helping out.
If you can't donate your time you're welcome to also donate financially at the link in our bio to help offset the cost of vendor fees and supplies and merch (that will all be handed out for free)!
On June 29th at 7:30pm join us under the Strawberry Moon for a walk and picnic at North Brigantine Natural Area in Brigantine NJ.
A perfect calm close to Pride month, we'll be walking casually along a sandy beach and sitting down on the beach for a little evening snack and social time under the moon and stars 🌕🌌
Parking can be found on the street alongside the boardwalk, we'll meet on the boardwalk then head out from there.
A weekend spent so in the moment we forgot to take a single full group photo! Thanks to everyone who came out for the day or the night this weekend, we had such a fantastic time swapping clothes, making crafts, roasting smores, and seeing stars with you all 🌲🌌❤️
A special shoutout to our four fantastic volunteers who helped out Friday through Sunday with setup, tidying, and breakdown. This weekend couldn't have happened as it did without @torey_indica @goodtea__nicehouse @betty8lola @roseantirrhinum and we're so happy to have had them join the Queer Headed family :)
Stay tuned for our full summer schedule!

Thanks so much to everyone who came out to the arcade last night! We had a blast gaming and hanging with you all!
Join Queer Headed on March 21st from 6:30-8:30pm for a night at a retro arcade! We'll be back at Starcade this March for an evening of pinball, pals, and Mrs. Pac-man ;)
RSVP at the link in our bio!
Starcade is a retro gaming arcade located in the Hamilton Mall that houses dozens of vintage pinball machines, retro arcade games like Pac-man, Galaga, Gauntlet, and more as well as more modern arcade games and console games. No quarters or tokens are required as a ticket grants unlimited plays of all games!
When you arrive at the arcade let the cashier know you're with Queer Headed then head to the party area on the right hand side for snacks and drinks :)
It's been awhile since we introduced ourselves! Meet the current members of the Queer Headed board, including our most recent addition, Hails Tanaka!
Throughout the years Queer Headed's board has shifted and grown through different seasons and we are so grateful to all current and past members for their dedication to the continued growth of the organization.
If you would like to get more involved in Queer Headed come to our events or DM us to express interest!
