What is the delivery time?

Sending your order as quickly as possible is our priority.

  • Orders placed on business days are typically shipped within 24 hours of payment clearance or selecting cash on delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page,
  • weekends and public holidays are not included in the shipping time,
  • for large orders requiring production, shipping time may be extended—we will inform you via your account manager, and the order will be completed as quickly as possible.

What delivery methods are available?

I have received shipping confirmation but the tracking link does not work. What should I do?

Tracking information may appear with a slight delay—it is usually updated within a few hours of dispatch.

If the link still does not work after 24 hours, contact our Customer Service Department—we will check the shipment status and help resolve the issue.

 
How long do I have to return an item? How do I return an item?

You can return purchased products within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days in the same form as the original payment. If you paid cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the specified bank account.

I received a different product than I ordered—what now?

We sincerely apologize for this situation—we strive to fulfill orders correctly, but in exceptional cases, mistakes may occur.

Please contact our Customer Service Department by email and include a photo of the received product and your order number. We will verify the situation and arrange an exchange or propose another solution as soon as possible, depending on your preferences.

The delivered package does not contain all the items I ordered—what should I do?

If your package is missing some of the ordered products, please contact us by email with your order number.

We will verify whether there was a mistake in packing or whether your order was split into multiple shipments. In the case of separate shipments, each package may arrive at a different time.

The shipment arrived damaged. How can I file a complaint?

Send a message to [email protected] (subject: Complaint) and provide your order number, a brief description of the damage or shortages, and attach several clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. With complete information, our Customer Service Department will quickly verify the situation and instruct you on the next steps.

I want to make a business purchase—how do I do it?

You can place an order directly through the store and receive a VAT invoice issued to your company's details. However, if you want a personalized offer or plan to make bulk purchases, we encourage you to contact us at: [email protected] —we will prepare favorable cooperation terms.

If you represent a budgetary institution, local government unit, or another public finance sector entity that requires an invoice with different buyer and recipient details, please also contact us by email before placing your order. These types of documents are not automatically issued by the store system, but we will gladly prepare them individually, in accordance with your institution’s requirements.
