1. All teams must include at least 1 software developer and at least 1 industry expert.
2. Teams are permitted to submit a maximum of 3 ideas regardless of selected industry.
3. Teams must be 2 to 4 individuals in total.
4. Teams must include at least 1 female participant.
5. Participants must come from one of the following countries in the Commonwealth, CARICOM and ACP regions.
