My experience working with White Label, especially as a mother, has truly been remarkable and exhilarating. When I first discovered I was expecting, there was a moment of fear that my career might come to an end. Like many new mothers, transitioning into the realm of being a working mother was both daunting and exciting. However, Shraddha and the entire White Label team proved to be more than just a workplace; they were steadfast support in my journey.
Shraddha’s commitment to promoting a supportive and positive work environment for working mothers is unparalleled. The fear of juggling professional responsibilities with the demands of motherhood was quickly alleviated when I realized I had a boss and a team who not only understood but actively supported the balance of the two. One can agree it is incredibly difficult to find an organization that not only acknowledges but genuinely embraces the importance of accommodating the additional responsibilities that arise as parents.
Returning to work after a four-year maternity leave was daunting, I feared that my absence would be seen as a disadvantage. However, applying to 1115 Inc. proved otherwise. They not only welcomed me eagerly but also valued my experiences and enthusiasm. This really shows the importance of embracing individuals with diverse career paths, benefiting both the individual and the organization they are joining by providing different perspectives and fostering loyalty. 1115 Inc. exemplifies this belief, creating a supportive and inclusive environment that consistently supports employees and mothers in particular, returning to work.
Motherhood brings a whole new skill set. In addition to learning to nurture another being, as mums, we become more organised and efficient. We cut through chaos, block out noise and are excellent multitaskers. I founded TKD Lingerie with a new baby, and the women who have joined us after baby breaks have always brought value and added experience to our team.
