With expertise spanning various fields such as economic development, environmental policy, housing, transportation, and healthcare, he has been instrumental in guiding public policy for over forty years. Ron’s political career began in the 1970s with the Florida State Legislature, leading to a pivotal role as Special Counsel in Governor Bob Graham’s administration. His subsequent tenure at Sparber, Shevin, Shapo, Heilbronner & Book, P.A., in Miami further anchored his position in Florida’s political landscape.

His involvement in numerous statewide political campaigns, including the influential “Five for Florida’s Future” campaign and key referendums, showcases his political acumen and impact on Florida’s legislative direction.
