I'm craving a little HyenaXander, any one else? Let's see...I love REdK!Clark, but lawks, who doesn't--I'd love a bit of Vetinari/Vimes. (gosh, am I going to have to write my own? *sigh*)

Clark/Lex is a hard one to break up, but I can wrap my head around it.
Rictor/Shatterstar from whatever X-comic they're from. I don't even read the comic, but I love all the fanfic with them.
Is there any fandom you're a fan of but not the source material? (if that made sense)

4/22/06 04:08 am (UTC)I think I like The Boondock Saints the movie because I sort-of-accidentally discovered the fanfic, loved it so much I had to go back and begin compulsively re-watching the movie. The fanfic adds so many different layers to every scene, every glance, every touch. And not just in the slashy sort of "choose two cute guys, add sex" sort of formula.
Smallville is another one that, if I had to choose one or the other, I'd take the fan-fic over the show. There are some iconic moments from the show that have built this amazing framework for the fic to grow on.
