Recruiting Student Athletes (RSA) is an organization comprised of experienced college athletics advisors and sport-specific scouts who evaluate athletes for college athletics potential and provide personal guidance through the recruiting process. We encourage personal growth by helping talented student-athletes find their true potential athletically and by helping them take confident ownership of their recruiting process. Through RSA, college and university coaches can connect with top young athletes that are a match for their program and school. Likewise RSA athletes are guided toward colleges that match their preferences, goals, and playing abilities with realistic results. RSA scouts can knowledgeably speak about their athletes with college coaches because of the intentional personal approach to scouting and advising athletes through their recruiting and college admissions effort.
