Anthony Lee

Chief Executive Officer

Anthony is a sought-after BPM leader and senior technical advisor. His passion for his clients, as well as his unparalleled ability to deliver effective BPM implementations, have made him a sought-after leader in the space. Anthony’s hands-on approach, and personal participation in many of Rulesware’s successful Pega implementations, have significantly contributed to the company’s growth and reputation.

Before founding Rulesware in 2004, Anthony worked in Partner Services at Pegasystems, bringing his boundless energy & expertise to Pega’s BPM clients. It was at Pega that Anthony saw the opportunity to create a team of thought leaders, who could together ensure that Pega clients received the world-class expertise that was needed in order to ensure strong, successful implementations. Anthony previously held roles including Director of Collaborative Technologies at Whitman-Hart and Senior Consultant at United System Solutions. Anthony holds a degree in Computer Science from Queen’s University.

Ji-Yoon In

Executive Vice President

Ji-Yoon joined the Rulesware team in 2008, building on a successful career as a senior manager and management consultant at companies including Allstate, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Alcatel-Lucent.

Ji-Yoon studied Economics at the University of Chicago, before receiving her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Her combination of technical and management expertise make her a critical part of the Rulesware team. Ji-Yoon is herself a certified Pega engineer, and brings an unparalleled dedication to the Rulesware team.

Tony Castelli

Executive Vice President
Business Development & Customer Success

Tony Castelli joined the Rulesware team in 2023 after working at Pega for 15 years in their Pega Consulting organization as a Regional Director for Insurance and then Communication & Customer Service. Prior to Pega, he worked for both Accenture and IBM for a total of 13 years where he specialized in Change Management, Process Design, Organization Alignment, Business Transformation, and consulting services.

Tony received his B.A. degree in Political Communication from California State University Fresno, an M.A. degree from the University of Connecticut in Education Psychology and a Ph.D. from the University of Southern California. His deep experience in driving strategic transformation across Financial Service, Insurance, Communication, Utilities and Aerospace clients and his passion for leadership development, education, operations, and organization fits perfectly with the goals of Rulesware. 

Tony lives with his partner in Charleston, SC and enjoys travel, cooking and outdoor activities.

David McPhail

Director of Solution Architecture

A technologist at heart, David’s responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders at all levels in order to understand business concepts, challenges and problems and in turn, design and help create products that Rulesware takes to market.

David is a Pega Certified Lead System Architect with over 20 years’ experience in the software industry. He has a passion for software architectures using modern, cloud native approaches using modern DevOps approaches that drive quality and speed to market.

Irfan Kawosa

Vice President, Business Development
Irfan has over 20 years of experience in the software and service delivery industry, including 11 years at Pegasystems in Sales and Sales Leadership and 5 years at Cognizant and Capgemini in Services Sales and Delivery across various verticals. Irfan is a problem solver and thrives on working collaboratively to solve customer business problems through cutting-edge technology. This consultative approach has led to numerous successful digital transformations at clients in the financial services, healthcare, automotive, and manufacturing domains. Irfan has a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Georgian Technical University and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma. He is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and invites locals and visitors alike to go on long runs with him.
Erik Mitchel

Erik Mitchell

Director of Strategy

Erik has over 20 years of IT development, architecture and delivery experience (Peoplesoft, Statefarm, Pega and ADM). He enjoys process and solution architecture and applying process improvement methodologies to help clients solve problems and remediate business issues. Erik worked for Pega as a Sales Consultant for 4 years. He loves family time, coaching sports, being physically competitive and tooling around the country in his motorhome.

Brent Baiotto

Executive Vice President Financial Services & Products
Brent has over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry working for both Banking and Mortgage organizations helping to formulate a strategic vision for growth while identifying and overcoming the challenges with implementing change across an enterprise. With over 20 years of professional experience he has developed core competencies in the areas of New Product Launch; Business Growth & Transformation; Risk Management; Acquisition and Integration (M&A); Program/Project Management; Organizational Change Management, and Strategic Planning. Brent has a Master’s degree (MBA) from California State University Pomona and lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and two children.

Pramila Gardner

Senior Director of Delivery Services
Pramila joined Rulesware in August 2020, after 20 years leading large scale transformation programs for Chevron and Pega. Pramila has a proven track record in leading teams through the planning, design, development and implementation of cost effective, business enabling process and technology solutions. Pramila excels at providing thought leadership to clients and is a proactive leader, mentor and coach successful in gaining employee confidence and maximizing their competencies. She is a certified scrum master and a Certified Pega Business Architect, a certified Pega DCO Architect and a certified Pega Marketing Consultant. Pramila has a PMP and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University of Tulsa.

Seth joined Rulesware in April 2015 with a long track record of defining, developing, and delivering intricate solutions. Seth has successfully led organizations through complex transformations spanning industries, business functions, and technologies. Seth brings the unique experience of sitting on both sides of the table, as a client and as a consultant, allowing him to understand each perspective which in turn, helps alleviate siloed thinking and drives focused conversations. With more than 15 years of experience in Delivery Management, certifications in Program Management and Agile, as well as an MBA, Seth provides a strong acumen for thought leadership and organizational transformation.

Logan McCune

Director of People & Culture
Logan joined Rulesware in 2017 and has more than 10 years of experience in human resources and management. At Rulesware he leads our People & Culture team of HR, recruiting, and talent management professionals, a team that is focused on continually creating a top workplace culture where great colleagues can join, grow, and thrive. Prior to joining Rulesware Logan managed human resources for US consulting and professional services companies, including living in Latin America for different professional assignments where he learned Spanish. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Logan has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Oregon’s Willamette University.

Carlos Alas

Senior General Manager, Latin America

Carlos spent 3 years as a member of Rulesware’s QA and IT departments, before becoming our Operations Lead in Mexico. Now based in Guadalajara, Carlos plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth internal operation of our newest office, with responsibilities spanning IT, HR, Admin and Operations. Carlos is trained as an Industrial Engineer, and quickly made an impression on everyone at Rulesware, with his passion for both processes and people. He epitomizes the “self starter” mentality, and loves to problem solve, which makes him a great Operations Lead for as we integrate our MX team into Rulesware’s global operation. In his free time Carlos loves to take photographs and travel with his wife.

Alexis Ayala

General Manager, El Salvador
Alexis has 15 years’ experience in Process Management, working with both government and private organizations to implement end-to-end technology solutions. He is also an Agile and BPM practitioner, with project experience spanning server virtualization, cloud computing, ERP, Business Intelligence and biometric systems. Alexis holds degrees in Computer Science and Finance, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He’s passionate about Rulesware’s clients and employees, and has enjoyed watching and supporting the enormous growth of our El Salvador team. Alexis lives in San Salvador with his wife and two children.

Jon Pellant

Technology Practice Lead

Jon Pellant is a senior technology leader and visionary, with deep experience in the intersection of product development, marketing, and sales. He works to bring complex enterprise software systems to market, and lead the development of original IP at Rulesware.

Prior to joining Rulesware, Jon was the Chief Technologist at Pegasystems, a world-leading BPM software provider.

During his 7 years at Pegasystems Jon helped to grow a new product project into a $200M/year business. He then went on to join IBM as Associate Partner and Executive Architect, spending 4 years in New York specializing in business process and rules optimization.

Ashish Sharma

Senior Director of Service Delivery

Ashish is a passionate leader who has played key roles in a number of large-scale business transformation projects for our clients at Rulesware. He has helped build high performance teams with a focus on quality, delivery and customer satisfaction. Ashish has a proven track record leading complex business process re-engineering programs in an Agile environment, and was also part of the core team that established Rulesware’s Near-Shore delivery model. Prior to joining Rulesware, Ashish worked as a Business Analyst at the Business Solution Group at McDonalds Corp. He is a certified Scrum master and Pega Senior Systems Architect, and holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from University of Illinois, Chicago.

David Bliss

Vice President of Customer Success & Engagement
David has more than 25 years’ experience in the software and service delivery industry, including 10 years at FileNet and 8 years as a Healthcare Sales Executive with Pegasystems. His passion for genuinely understanding clients’ needs, provides him with meaningful and challenging work everyday. David values transparent and open communication and building long-term relationships with clients, in order to help them fulfill their strategic needs and have efficient and effective operations. He has a Bachelor of Science in Geosciences from Texas Tech University.

Dana Reiner

Vice President of Customer Success & Strategy

Dana has focused on one thing during his 24-year career, helping leading organizations transform their business operations through the use of innovative technology solutions. He is practiced in cultivating long-term relationships based on his consultative approach and strong focus on integrity, quality and value.

A student of Lean Six Sigma, Dana is deeply experienced in quality and process improvement across a broad range of industries and application areas.

Prior to joining Rulesware, he worked in boutique consultancies, as well as leading software providers such as Pega and IBM.

Dana received a degree in Management and a minor in Finance from the University of Massachusetts’ Isenberg school of Management. He lives in CT with his wife and three children.

Molly Eddington

Senior Director of Practice Management

Molly has over 20 years of experience working in many facets of Business Transformation consulting. She started as a Process Engineer with EDS before joining Pegasystems in 1998 as a system architect. Over her 12+ years with Pegasystems she took various positions within Professional Services from business architect, project manager and service delivery manager. She has also been contracted by two well known financial companies to support in the the large scale implementation of their BPM solutions.

Molly has a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver transformational BPM solutions. She believes that it’s thought leadership and ingenuity, as well as quality delivery, that make a company’s BPM adoption and implementation truly successful.

Carlos Aponte

Executive Vice President, Operations
Carlos joined Rulesware in 2009, after 9 years as a Senior Architect with IBM. He held different management and client delivery roles at Rulesware, before joining the Executive team in 2017, as our Vice President, LATAM. Carlos is a bilingual technology & operations manager, with nearly 20 years’ experience leading the delivery, design, and development of complex programs. He has deep experience with numerous software development methodologies, processes and standards, and is passionate about quality delivery and building strong teams and leaders. Carlos holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Services.
