My Journal is...

First Contact2

Friends Only
A little bit about me before you friend me:
I'm a not so nice person. I do have faults. Lots of them.
I will post how I feel about something as well as my fanfiction stories.
If you are a spammer, troller, or generally not so nice person there is no reason why you need to see any more than this message. If you post anyway, I will ban you.

Regarding my writings:
Everything will be at least f-locked. If you don't agree with my ideas on a situation, pairing or miscellanious, go and live out your life elsewhere.
Original Fiction will be posted for my eyes only.
Most Fanfiction will be posted for friends only.
Thoughts of the Day will be posted for friends only as well.
This is my personal journal and will not feature any of my professional writings.

To friend me reply to this post with:
1) How we know one another.
2) A statement statement noting that you have read this disclaimer here and will abide by it.

Hello! You seem like a very nice person. I am a mostly nice person depending upon the circumstance. I just saw your link to The Out of Towners, Part 5. I, however, always like to start with the first one - so I journeyed on over to your LJ. *grins*

I will happily friend you and leave you pretty comments. I'm not always very active at LJ. I am a "real" person and my journal is about as real as it can get. It has a little bit of everything in it.

Just thought I would introduce myself! *waves* I'm Cyn. *grins*

I'm such a naughty person. Well, first I should tell you I'm Freya AND Sevana on Teaspoon and an Open Mind (long story). Secondly, I saw you being a reccer on Caulfrax. I've been meaning to change my friends only post informing people of my true identity. Yes, this is my 'new' journal having axed my old journal cersia5. Again, apologies if I frightened you.

No worries :D

Your journal didn't look suspicious; I was just curious. Hello again!

Hello! I'm ThaliaRee on Teaspoon. Late last year I was reading your fic "Hanuka" and had bookmarked it, so that I could find it again and check to see if you had updated it. But when I clicked on it tonight I saw that you had cleared all your fics away from Teaspoon. I noticed that you had a Livejournal account, so I Just thought I'd see if I could friend you. (I'd include a statement about the requested disclaimer above, but the link doesn't work for me, sorry). Hope all is well for you.

Sorry about the wait.

Yeah I was having some difficulties getting everything formatted into the html format that Teaspoon requires. Often times it took me an hour or so to get everything straight with only one chapter, so I took everything down because I don't plan on using that site very much longer (I have a different account on there and will use it sparingly). I'll be happy to post it here in my journal for you if you are still interested.

I am definitely still interested! Thank you.

And thanks for sharing why you weren't using Teaspoon any longer. One of my professional interests (I'm a librarian, dealing with lots of metadata and digital preservation issues) is how interfaces can affect the content that is passed through those interfaces. I've never posted anything on Teaspoon, but I've wondered what people thought about the software. I've recently gotten involved with some of the back-stage work on AO3.org (Archive of Our Own) and am really impressed by their interface (just paste in simple-formatted text or very simple html and you are set!). Good luck with whatever you chose to do and thanks again!

Sorry about noticing your post earlier. Life and all that. I'm rather interested in that sort of work too but more in line with business and innovation . I've noticed a lot of people are using AO3 even an old friend of mine has started posting her stories there from the classic series. I'll give you a heads up when I can make the time to post "Hanuka". Glad you enjoyed it.
