Hi, I’m Shi!

I am an Industrial Engineering graduate but currently working as a web and graphic designer. I also design hair accessories for little girls and learning watercolor painting and modern calligraphy as my hobbies. I am married to an amazing man, a mom to my two beautiful children, a pet lover, and a social media enthusiast.

I started being online way back in 2004 when I’m still at college. First, I made wallpapers and banners for my favorite animes. Fan pages for Asian celebrities I’m crushing on using some free website builders and thus my love for web design begun. From then on I got interested in making my own website and started learning HTML, CSS, MySQL, some PHP, JavaScript, Basic Flash and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator from online tutorials available on the internet.

The love for making fan pages and shrines for my favorite celebrities/animes gradually developed into making company websites and creative solution for my clients.

The main reason I created this little space on the net is for me to express my personal thoughts on everything I want to share. I may not be a good writer but who cares, it’s my own space and I’ll do it my own way.

I’m hoping to improve my writing skill by doing this blog that is why if anyone happens to read my posts and have some grammatical error in it please inform me and I’ll be glad to correct it. Thank you! xx

Sayings in life:

Some of the biggest challenges in relationships come from the fact that most people enter a relationship in order to get something. They’re trying to find someone who’s going to make them feel good. In reality, the only way a relationship will last is if you see your relationship as a place that you go to give, and not a place that you go to take.

The truth may hurt for a while but a lie hurts forever.

Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood.

All human wisdom is summed up in two words – wait and hope

– Alexandre Dumas Père

You can become blind by seeing each day as a similar one. Each day is a different one, each day brings a miracle of its own. It’s just a matter of paying attention to this miracle.
