soemandQuick update from the driveway: getting the old fan belt off turned out to be the easiest part of the whole job. No seized bolts, no scraped knuckles, just off it came. The real snag showed up when I tried to fit the replacement—turns out the parts counter handed me the longer belt meant for the model with AC. Mine doesn’t have it, so no surprise it didn’t line up.
Back to the store tomorrow to swap it for the right one. 🤷
