BUILT ON PARTNERSHIP. MADE TO MOVE CULTURE.

A long term partnership, working across 5+ different teams, building identities and design systems for external and internal brand and campaigns.

We worked with Sound to evolve and build their visual identity across product marketing, artist marketing which led to a $20M Series A.

We worked integrated in the in-house team of O₂ to reimagine how the brand shows up in the German market.

We have partnered with multiple Sony Music teams to define the brands of global icons and emerging artists.

Together with Ogilvy New York we explored different ways in for the brand to take and visually shape.

We partnered with Back Market on their rebrand and global campaign, helping grow their North American presence.

During the rebranding of Native Instruments, we advised and gave our point of view as their new brand identity was defined.

We helped James Blake and Vault.fm promote and visualize the launch of their direct to fan experience.

With over 20 years of experience building brands, Erik leads the creative team at STUDIO HERRSTRÖM. Formerly Brand Design Director at Spotify, his award-winning work spans Spotify, Nike, Discord, YouTube, Meta Quest, and artists like Whitney Houston and Elvis Presley. His projects have earned over 100 industry awards and been featured in Forbes, Wired, and Billboard.

Bio

Kara leads operations and production at STUDIO HERRSTRÖM, bringing a hybrid background in performance, production, and digital strategy. A former dancer turned producer, she’s worked with brands like Netflix, Disney, and Paramount, and artists including BLACKPINK and Lil Nas X. Since 2024, she’s scaled the team, restructured operations, and strengthened client partnerships.
