Eligibility
This Hackathon is open to any female and non-binary students in middle school and high school.
Project and Submission Requirements
All submissions must fit into one of the 3 tracks: Beginner, Machine Learning/AI, Web Development. All projects must be created in the submission time frame, open from April 7th to May 26th 5:00 PM PDT. Beginner projects can be simple coding projects that someone with only a couple weeks of experience can do or a prototype using design softwares like Figma. Machine Learning/AI projects must incorporate ML/AI into their program. Web Development projects must make a website that is coded. If you build a website using a website builder that project should go under the beginner project category. You must create a 2-3 minute video that explains the project with how useful, unique, and usable it is, and shows a demo of the project. The video should appeal to the judging criteria. Along with the video, the link to the program or website should be attached. You may only enter your project in one category. All projects must work to fix a problem in society
Prizes
All prizes will be subject to change based on the number of participants and sponsor changes. Prizes will be updated as the Hackathon continues.
Either a team or individual participant can be a winner under the Popular Vote, Overall 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Best in ML, Best in WebDev, and Best in Beginner Categories.
Teams can be up to 4 people and will have the prize split.
