Rising Strong: Our Journey Through Adversity

In November 2021, our small but mighty team faced an unexpected challenge: a devastating cyber attack on our websites. It was a stark reminder that no business, regardless of size, is immune to the threat of cybercrime. Despite the initial shock, we refused to be defeated. Instead, we rallied together with unwavering determination and resilience. With swift action and relentless perseverance, we not only identified the perpetrators behind the attack but also took decisive steps to file a police complaint and seek justice. Our priority, however, remained with our customers. With their trust at the forefront of our minds, we worked tirelessly to restore services and ensure minimal disruption to their operations. This experience has strengthened our resolve and reaffirmed our commitment to cybersecurity and protecting our clients' interests. As we continue to forge ahead, we do so with renewed vigor, knowing that adversity only serves to fuel our passion and drive for excellence.

Look at the images below: these are the images of the cyber criminals who we caught and handed them over to the law. We have a responsibility to not only make sure these criminals face the law for their criminal activities but we also have to warn others about what these low-lifes do for a living. These are those pathetic characters who are simply incapable of competing with others on the basis of quality and excellence and have deliberately resorted to destroying other businesses through cyber crime.

Crooks Gallery: FIR432/22 & FIR15/23: N.N.Sudhanshu, Brijendra Sial and Budesh Chopra

WARNING TO PUBLIC: The individuals in the image above are real-life cyber criminals who were caught by Tekzilver while they were running negative SEO attacks against other companies. Unfortunately for this gang, they got carried away by overconfidence and put their hands in the wrong hole, and got caught at it. We caught these criminals when they attacked our websites. They hacked our websites by uploading a php-based webshell in one of the contact forms, and were even stupid enough to leave hidden backlinks from our websites to their own! By the time they also realized that their DNS was leaking all over, it was too late. We had already identified and nabbed them by that time.

NOW, LET'S NAME THESE CROOKS (from left to right): First, Sudhanshu Sharma (alias) N.N.Sudhanshu (alias) Narmadeshwar Nath Sudhanshu, Director of Digiversal Consultants,  ACEPRO Entertainment, ABSAS Solutions (parent company of Nerdy Turtlez), Bizztree Consultants, in Noida (Uttar Pradesh). He also runs a company called  Tatvik Ayurveda which he co-founded with his wife, Rimjhim Manipriya Saikia. They also appear to be owners of yet another company called Mani Enterprises, which is apparently the "the parent company of Tatvik Ayurveda". Middle: Brijendra Sial, "CEO" of a "bullet-proof" hosting company called Bullten Web Hosting Solutions, in Indore (Madhya Pradesh). Then, on the far right: Budhesh Chopra, Director of Digiversal Consultants, Simran Shri Shri International, in Noida (Uttar Pradesh). This man  is also the "CEO" of SSSI Tutoring Service, also in Noida and co-owner of Edumigrants Study Abroad Services! These criminals also involved their employees and relatives in their nefarious activities. Among them are, Piyush Srivastava (Head of Digital Marketing and now, Director of Digiversal Consultants) and Akash Shandilya, a family member of N. N. Sudhanshu and "Vice-President" of one of his companies, Eduversal.

Note: Following our police complaints vide FIR no:432/22, 15/23 and others, these criminals scrambled to hide their tracks. They split their company ownerships, closed some domains, shut down some companies just to hoodwink the police authorities. Tekzilver is monitoring and tracking these developments.

This gang of cybercriminals has managed to escape jail so far by taking advantage of the rampant incompetence and corruption in the Uttar Pradesh cyber police.  However, the evidence is clear and it can neither be hidden nor washed away.  This is not just a cyber crime. This is cyber terrorism. Tekzilver is working hard with various cybercrime law enforcement authorities in India to apprehend this gang as soon as possible so that we get justice and other companies in India (and maybe abroad) do not have to go through what we had to.

Click here to read about the incident. Unfortunately these criminals have not yet been arrested by the "cyber" police in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh due to sheer incompetence and corruption. But most of them are on police bail at this time. The cops assigned to investigate our case were literally sitting on it for over 5 years now, since we first reported the matter to them in November 2021. In March 2024, the police actually wanted us to run a crypto scam for them, on the lines of OneCoin! Of course, we refused. Now, in December 2025, the Hon'ble Court has already ordered the police to reinvestigate the crime and submit their report. Incidentally, this is the second time the UP cyber police were ordered by the court to reinvestigate. The matter is under active investigation at the time of updating this article.

We're pretty sure that these cyber criminals will soon learn that cybercrime never pays.
