HVAC Service Technician

  • Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems.
  • Coordinates with assigned foreman and/or other trades for the purpose of completing projects and work orders efficiently.
  • Inspects, Diagnoses HVAC systems and their components (e.g. heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, Chillers, etc.) for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs and recommending preventive maintenance. 
  • Must be able to read blue prints and wiring diagrams
  • Electrical experience helpful, but not required.   
  • Applicant must have valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Be willing to learn.
  • Some travel is required. Company pays expenses.

Controls Technician

  • Perform installation of temperature control and building automation. This will involve pulling wires, terminating devices and mounting field devices.
  • Must be able to read blue prints and wiring diagrams.
  • Experience in wiring and good PC skills are a plus.   
  • Electrical or HVAC experience helpful, but not required.   
  • Applicant must have valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Be willing to learn.
  • Some travel is required.  Company pays expenses.
