How to avoid support delay:

  • Provide Purchase Details to verify your purchase.
  • If possible provide URL and/or screenshots where you see issue.
  • It's good to provide FTP Details and Admin Panel Details.

  • You have to submit a ticket with purchase details for installation service.
  • We need FTP/cPanel details and Admin Panel details to install theme, you can fill those fields while submit ticket.
  • Ticket Subject starting with "Installation" i.e "Installation - WooCommerce  - Apparel Theme WOO010001"
