MotorPass is a tier-based progression system introduced to The Crew 2 as part of The Chase update. MotorPass was first made available in November 2020 and features pass themes based off the ongoing MotorFilx season. The addition of MotorPass was also met with the removal of LIVE Contracts.
Players can progress through the Motorpass to unlock rewards that are exclusive to the MotorPass by completing daily and weekly challenges to progress through 50 tiers. MotorPass also offers free and premium rewards that players can unlock such as vehicles, vanity items, clothing items, bucks and crew credits. In some seasons, other rewards may also include emotes or legendary parts.

MotorPass seasons lasts for 4 months and consist of 2 episodes which each lasting roughly between 55 - 70 days long. Premium MotorPass can be purchased with either 3,000,000 or 80,000, but also offers a MotorPass bundle at the cost of 4,000,000 or 150,000 which unlocks the first 12 tiers. If the premium MotorPass has yet to be bought, players can unlock rewards offered in the free tiers available.
Season 1 was the first season to introduce Creators vehicles.
Season 6 was the first season to introduce new playgrounds to the world during the MotorFlix era.
At the start of Season 6, players who had reached Icon 9999 at the time were given 500,000 as compensation as they were not able to complete the weekly missions that were associated to gaining followers in the Status system.
