The first self-produced CD-R release by Tokyo-based hardcore band THPY (read: Therapy), each disc jacket is made of different colored and patterned cloth and can be used as a patch. The jackets are made of different colored and patterned cloth and can be used as patches.

The songs on this EP are mainly classic songs from the band’s first live performances, and reflect the band’s initial impulses. While including some alterna-tinged textures, the screamo and shoegaze elements are not that much at the forefront.

Overdubbing during production led to a transition to a twin-guitar lineup, and in 2024, hashimoto rio officially joined the band to form the current lineup.

東京を拠点に活動するハードコアバンドTHPY（読み:セラピー）の初リリースとなる自主制作CD-R。各ディスクのジャケットは異なる色や柄の布で作られ、パッチとしても使用可能。「力を分かち合うお守り」のような意味合いを持ち、布のほつれやインクのかすれも含めて楽しめる仕様となっている。

このEPに収録された曲は、初ライブからの定番曲が中心となっており、バンドの初期衝動を反映した作品。オルタナ的な質感も含みつつ、スクリーモやシューゲイザー的な要素はそこまで前面に出ていない。

制作の中でのオーバーダビングがツインギター編成への変遷のきっかけにもなり、2024年にhashimoto rioが正式加入し、現在の編成となった。
