About Us

Founded in 2020 by Will and Bianca Brittain, Trinity Training Co. is a health and fitness company inspired by the trinity of mind, body, and spirit. We believe wellness is more than just exercise; it’s the integration of movement, mindfulness, and inner peace.

In our fast-paced world, health and fitness are often reduced to a checklist of workouts and diets. True wellness goes beyond the gym. It’s about nurturing every aspect of your being. We bring this perspective to every session, using our intellect, experience, and creativity to motivate and inspire you.

Meg Kokovai

Yoga Instructor & Bodyworker

Dealing with loneliness and isolation while living in Hong Kong, Meg discovered yoga as a physical outlet and mental practice, but also as a way to connect and build community. Years later and back stateside, she pursued a path as as a healer through yoga teacher training, earning her massage license, practicing herbalism and rounding it out working as a doula.

Meg developed Trigger Point Yin while managing the yoga program at Crux and seeing the injury and postural misalignment that the sport could cause as well as the mental control and breath management required to stay present and calm while pushing yourself on the wall. After the class took off, it was obvious that not just climbers were suffering from these problems or in need of reaction management and a shift in mindset.

Having enthusiastically studied anthropology and literature, Meg finds the observation of humans to be endlessly fascinating and informative, and loves to weave what she’s learned from the folklore, philosophy, poetry and teachings of all cultures into her classes. From the Baba Yaga, the Bagivagita, and the Stoics to modern gems like Michael Singer and Elizabeth Gilbert, she finds that delivering the same message through a variety of paths helps more people pick up what she’s putting down.

“I love to work with bodies as a ‘way in’ to working with minds. When you’re in the flow of a really dynamic seamless yoga sequence, I believe your mind becomes much more open to possibility and even change. Same with trigger point yin; if you can get the physical hold-ups out of the way, if you can actually relax what you’ve been holding onto on a subconscious level, you can access more on an emotional level.”

When she’s not working with clients, Meg can be found climbing or yoga-ing, but prefers to remain un-found while playing in her garden, horseback riding or backpacking.

Ella Shockley

Yoga Instructor

Ella discovered yoga while searching for a way to manage burnout during her college years, an experience that has greatly shaped her approach to the practice. Today she shares that relief with others by teaching slower, intentional, flow style classes designed to down-regulate the nervous system. Her sessions place a deep emphasis on the mind, body, and breath connection, offering students practical tools that translate into calming a busy life off the mat.

Ella completed her 200 hour teacher training at Practice Yoga Austin. Her inclusive classes welcome everyone – whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time or have been practicing for years. She encourages her students to stop chasing perfection and instead focus on what genuinely feels good in the moment.

Created for serious yogis who don’t take themselves too seriously, Ella’s classes offer a supportive, lighthearted space to unwind and reconnect. You can find her on the mat every Monday at 10:00 AM to start your week off right.
