Mark brings more than 30 years of experience across energy, engineering, and industrial services. He was appointed CEO in 2022 following six years as COO and has held progressively senior roles with AGRA, now Wood, and Husky, now Cenovus. He is also the former President and Managing Director of K&D Pratt and has completed the Yale Global Executive Leadership Program.

Matthew brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, financial management, M&A, corporate development, and enterprise-level commercial initiatives. He is a CPA and has completed the Stanford GSB Emerging CFO Program and CPA In-Depth Taxation Program.

Jeremy brings extensive experience in marine and energy logistics, supply chain, HSE, client relationships, and service delivery. He holds an MBA from Durham University and is a past Chair of Energy NL.

Scott has more than 30 years of operational leadership and family business ownership experience. He has played a central role in building M&O’s marine, defence, and industrial services business and continues to lead operational execution and strategic planning across M&O.

Barbara brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across human resources, corporate strategy, procurement, operational excellence, health and safety, and labour relations. She has worked with both public and private sector organizations through periods of growth, transition, and transformation.

Michael brings more than 36 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and marine construction. A Gold Seal Certified Project Manager, he has played a significant role in building and maintaining the customer relationships that have supported M&O’s growth. He currently serves as Chair of the Nova Scotia Construction Sector Council and continues to provide leadership in client engagement, business development, and strategic partnerships.

Glen provides operational leadership across Crosbie’s work programs, with a focus on safe execution, workforce coordination, client delivery, and performance across offshore and onshore operations.

Byron supports technical planning, quality, execution standards, and operational problem-solving across the business, helping ensure complex work is delivered safely, consistently, and effectively.

Ron supports financial reporting, internal systems, administration, and business support functions as Twinshore continues to grow and strengthen accountability across the organization.

Jack is a chemical engineer with decades of governance and leadership experience across infrastructure, power, nuclear, and major projects worldwide.

Tim has more than 30 years of experience in real estate, construction, and business leadership, and has served as past president of multiple real estate and community boards.

Peter brings extensive experience in government, defence, public policy, governance, and advisory work. He has also served as Executive Advisor with Deloitte Canada, focused on defence and Arctic matters.

Peter is the former Global Leader of Deloitte’s Best Managed Companies Program and brings deep experience in governance, professional services, private business, and corporate advisory.

Kevin brings extensive finance, governance, and executive leadership experience. He is a former senior partner at Deloitte and chairs multiple boards, including Genoa Design.

Michele brings more than 30 years of experience in strategy, human resources, and post-merger integration across North America and the Caribbean.

Paul Sparkes is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with over twenty five years of experience in media, finance, capital markets and Canada’s political arena. Paul spent a decade as a leader in the broadcast and media industry as CTVglobemedia’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs. He also held senior positions in public service, including with the Government of Canada as Director of Operations to Prime Minister, Jean Chretien, and as a senior aide to two Premiers of Newfoundland and Labrador.  Paul was a Co-Founder and executive vice chairman at Difference Capital Financial and serves on a number of public boards in the resource and energy sectors . He is currently President of Otterbury Holdings Inc., and is an advisor and deal maker for growth companies in the private and public markets.
