ELTHAM BRIDGE: Intermittent traffic stops on Route 30/33 between New Kent and West Point tonight starting at 7pm through approximately 8pm. Traffic will be stopped for around 15-minute intervals for multiple test bridge openings. Traffic cleared between each bridge opening.
