    UPDATE: Police Activity. US-29 NB/SB on the Key Bridge. Washington DC, NW. Inbound lanes of the Key Bridge remain blocked. Expect ongoing closures on M Street between Wisconsin Avenue and the Key Bridge. Heavy delays remain, avoid the area and seek alternate routes

    UPDATE: Road Closure. I-695 EB/WB at Francis Scott Key Bridge. Baltimore City, MD. The I-695 southeast corridor remains closed between MD-10 (Ex 2) and MD-157 (Ex 43). Be aware of size/HAZMAT restrictions when using alternate harbor crossings (I-95 & I-895). Expect delays.

    Police Activity. I-495 EB at US-29 (Exit 30), Montgomery County, MD. All traffic is stopped and diverted to US-29 SB (Exit 30B). Inner Loop delays begin after Connecticut Ave, approximately 3 miles and growing. Seek alternate routes.

    Protest Activity. South Capitol Street at South Capitol Street Bridge, SE/SW. Washington, DC. All lanes blocked inbound and outbound, follow police direction in area and seek alternate routes. Delays building.

    FINAL: Police Activity. US-29 SB on the Key Bridge. Washington DC, NW. All outbound travel lanes of the Key Bridge have reopened. Expect continuing police presence and closures elsewhere in the area. Delays remain on area roads in Georgetown and Foggy Bottom.

    Multi-Vehicle Crash. I-495 WB (Outer Loop) past MD-650 (Exit 28/New Hampshire Avenue). Montgomery County, MD. 2 left lanes are blocked, 2 right lanes get by. Delays are approximately 2 miles.

    FINAL: Weather Closure. I-95/495 SB (Inner Loop) ramp to I-95 SB (Exit 170). Fairfax County, VA. The ramp from the Inner Loop to I-95 SB General Purpose Lanes has reopened. Springfield Interchange ramps to the Express Lanes remain blocked.

    UPDATE: Multi-Vehicle Crash with Injury. I-495 NB (Inner Loop) at I-66 (Exit 49). Fairfax County, VA. All lanes remain blocked. Traffic is diverted to the Express Lanes. 1 right lane of Express Lanes is blocked. One left Express Lane is open. Delays begin before VA-236.

    UPDATE: Tractor Trailer Crash with Injury. I-495 EB (Inner Loop) at US-29 (Exit 30). Montgomery County, MD. 3 right lanes remain blocked. 1 left lane open. Inner Loop delays remain, beginning before MD-97. Outer Loop rubbernecking delays begin before the I-95 Interchange.

    UPDATE: Road Closure. I-695 EB/WB at Key Bridge Baltimore City MD. Road remains closed from ship striking the Key Bridge, causing collapse. OL diverted to MD-10 (Ex 2) IL diverted to MD-157 (Ex 43) Use alternate harbor crossings (I-95 & I-895) be aware of size/HAZMAT restrictions

    Crash with Injury. I-66 EB before Westmoreland Street (Exit 68) Arlington County, VA. All travel lanes are blocked. Follow police directions in the area. Delays are building, beginning before the VA-267 Interchange.

    UPDATE: Tractor Trailer Crash w/ Injuries. I-66 EB before I-495 (Ex 64/Capital Beltway). Fairfax County, VA. All closures remain the same. Traffic is detoured onto VA-243 (Ex 62/Nutley St). Delays start VA-286 (Ex 55/Fairfax County Pkwy), approximately 6 miles to the detour.

    Police Activity. US-29 SB on the Key Bridge. Washington DC, NW. 1 right outbound lane of the bridge is blocked, 1 left lane gets by. Delays extend to M Street, Canal Road, the Whitehurst Freeway, and K Street. Avoid the area, seek alternate routes out of Georgetown/Foggy Bottom.

    UPDATE: Tractor Trailer Crash with Injury. I-495 WB (OL) at I-270 (Exit 35). Mont Co, MD. All lanes remain blocked. Traffic is diverted to MD-355. OL delays begin before MD-185. Extended closure expected. No access to I-270 from the OL. No access to OL from MD-355.
