    Excited to share our new work! We present the IMPACT framework, which combines a complex ML model and a state-of-the-art XAI technique to predict all-cause mortality and conduct a systematic and integrated study of the relationships among variables and all-cause mortality. (1/n)

    We developed an unsupervised deep learning framework for the generation of low-dimensional latent spaces and applied it to gene expression data from 50,211 transcriptomes across 18 human cancers. 1/4
